From our partners in Welsh, Louisiana, these cattle enjoy a carefree lifestyle on the Louisiana Prairie with an abundance of diverse nutritious grasses, along with a small grain ration to help maintain marbling through winter months. These cows are the only cows that are fed grain throughout the year.
