About Us
Bon Vivre was born out of a desire to understand how to experience a better life through eating healthy, single-ingredient foods. In a world flooded with "health information," I reached a simple conclusion: regardless of whether you are vegan or carnivore, a major key to good health is consuming food free from agrichemicals, additives, and preservatives. This way, we avoid microdoses of chemicals in our food and maximize the amount of nutrients we consume.
My journey began with a search for foods that are fresh, local, and free from harmful chemicals. It quickly became clear that achieving this would require learning to grow my own food and find local ranchers raising animals. Fast forward five years, and here we are today.
Currently, as a one-person team just getting started, I am collaborating with Southwest Louisiana regenerative ranchers and a regenerative market gardener to help residents of Southwest Louisiana access local produce. Through these partnerships, we are all able to support local regenerative farms that produce chemical-free food.
The ultimate mission is to regenerate the health of our people by restoring the health of our farm soils.
