Delivery Rules
To ensure a smooth and efficient delivery experience, please review the following guidelines:
Monthly Delivery Schedule:
- One Delivery Route Per Month: Deliveries will be made once a month at the beginning of the month.
- Delivery Day: Your order will be delivered on the 15th of the month.
Available Boxes: We will notify you via email with updates on upcoming orders and any excess inventory.
Delivery Requirements:
- Delivery Location: Please ensure that you will be able to meet along our delivery route. This route will have central meeting points. We will not accommodate home delivery on this route.
- Presence Required: Someone must be present to receive the delivery. If you cannot be available, please arrange for someone else to accept the delivery on your behalf.
- Delivery Time Window: We will provide a time window for delivery closer to the scheduled date. Please ensure availability during this window.
Payment and Cancellation:
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
- Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled up to 10 days before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 10 days of delivery will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Special Instructions:
- Delivery Instructions: If you have any special delivery instructions or access requirements, please provide these details when placing your order.
- Contact Information: Ensure that your contact information is up to date, including your phone number and email address, so we can reach you if needed.
Mail Orders:
- All mail orders will be shipped on Monday mornings.
